We first met when I was asked to Tour Manage the FABULOUS POODLES on the TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS Damn the Torpedos Tour of USA in 1979/80. During a break in this tour I recorded three songs with the FABULOUS POODLES in CBS Studios in New York. Later that year I recorded the original version of DRINKING AT HOME but this version and WRONG TIME are taken from the album ´Return of the Fabulous Poodle` by RONNIE & THE REX which I mixed at Jacobs Studios in Farnham in 2001.
